Description

Why implement a diversity management policy in your enterprise ? What role can social dialogue play ? Who are the diversity and inclusion managers ? What are the challenges to take up ?

These are all questions that will be addressed during this conference through a presentation by the European Commission, the academic perspective, experience sharing, representatives of the French and Belgian national diversity networks, and a round table discussion.

The Diversity Now! project

This event is part of the European project “Diversity now!” which aims to promote diversity and inclusion in social enterprises at Belgian, French and European level. Diversity Now is funded by the European Union under the “Rights, Equality and Citizenship” programme.

Languages : French, English and Dutch (simultaneous translation)

Registration : Due to Covid, we will only be able to accommodate 90 people in person at this event. However, it will be possible to follow this conference live on Zoom. When registering, you will be asked to choose either to attend the conference in person or remotely. Priority will be given to the first in-person registrations.
