Description

You manage a team in a company in the social enterprise sector which is characterised by its diversity, be it in terms of age, gender, origin, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability, etc. You observe the richness of this diversity but also its complexity. You encounter situations to which you do not know how to react appropriately :

  • An employee returns to work with a disability after an accident/illness : how can he/she/they be reintegrated in the best possible way ?
  • I have an intergenerational conflict between several employees : how can I promote mutual respect within my team ?
  • My staff members are facing discriminatory requests from our beneficiaries : how can I react ?
  • Some staff members make specific requests (leave, breaks, work clothes, food, etc.) in relation to their religious convictions : what should I accept ?

The objective of the co-solving workshop is to allow participants to bring concrete cases from their professional practice related to diversity management and inclusion into the group, and to use the group’s intelligence to come up with new ideas for action.

You will be able to broaden your thinking and benefit from the sharing of experience and ideas of other participants from all sectors.

The workshop will be practical, interactive and participatory.

Program

The workshop is divided into several stages :

  • Presentation and selection of concrete cases to be studied
  • Analysis of the cases
