The Compostela residential care centre in Borsbeek has employees from no less than 26 different countries. Original actions have been carried out in relation to origin, age and formal recognition of competences with a concrete impact. While many institutions in the sector suffer from a shortage of staff, at Compostela all positions are filled!“This is certainly a consequence of our diversity policy”, says Annie Coninx, coordinator of the institution’s diversity plan.
